The Final Exam is a creative response to systemic injustice and the undermining of religious rights, personal rights, and women’s rights around the world.

The Final Exam was not made in support of the present regime in Turkey. Under the current leadership of Recep Erdoğan, more than 600,000 socially conscious Muslims belonging to the Hizmet Movement have been purged from their jobs, and more than 100,000 have been imprisoned. Many have fled Turkey to avoid persecution.
